Abstract

Статья посвящена сравнительному анализу российского и зарубежного опыта оценки стоимости компании, проблемам стандартизации оценочной деятельности. Рассмотрены основные подходы и методы оценки стоимости компаний, а также сложности, с которыми сталкиваются российские оценочные компании при их использовании.
