Abstract

В статье освещаются вопросы посвященные проблеме обеспечения добросовестной конкуренции и реального равенства сторон внешнеэкономической деятельности, в случае, когда вопрос стоит о конкуренции между отечественными предприятиями и транснациональными корпорациями. Особую актуальность данная проблема приобретает в свете вступления России в ВТО. В работе рассматривается новаторской идеи относительно применения «принципа контроля» в Российской Федерации, аргументированность остро назревшей практической необходимости ее внедрения в отечественный правовой инструментарий. Практическая ценность работы состоит в том, что предложения автора направлены на достижение реальной конкуренции, защиты отечественных предприятий и предпринимателей при вступлении России в ВТО.
