Abstract

В статье анализируются проблемы, связанные с понятием правового режима имущества кредитных организаций. В частности выделяются отличительные особенности и виды имущества кредитных организаций. Автор рассматривает различные точки зрения на концепцию собственных средств кредитных организаций. Автором выработана классификация требований предъявляемых к имуществу кредитных организаций.
