Abstract

В статье рассматривается организация системы аутсорсинга хозяйственной деятельности вуза. Показано, что механизм аутсорсинга неосновных процессов позволяет в рыночных условиях повысить эффективность реализации ключевых компетенций многопрофильных образовательных учреждений. Представлена модель и основные компоненты системы аутсорсинга хозяйственного комплекса вуза, включая критерии и процедуру выбора функций и процессов для передачи на аутсорсинг. Предложена система критериев и оценок для выбора внешнего исполнителя аутсорсера. Дана оценка рисков проведения аутсорсинга.
