Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению различных способов защиты прав инвестора на рынке ценных бумаг. Анализируются правовые механизмы защиты интересов инвестора в ракурсе его договорных правоотношений с рядом профессиональных участников рынка ценных бумаг. Рассматриваются отдельные способы защиты прав инвестора при эмиссии ценных бумаг.
