Abstract

В статье проведен сравнительный анализ зарубежного и российского опыта комплексного развития региональных транспортно-логистических систем. Автор считает, что основополагающими элементами логистической инфраструктуры международных транспортных коридоров являются интермодальные транспортно-логистические комплексы (ИТЛК). Обоснована экономическая перспективность сооружения ИТЛК в узлах транспортной сети российских регионов для обеспечения функции логистических транспортно-распределительных центров на основе формирования единой системы организационно-экономического, информационного и нормативно-правового обеспечения управления системой грузои товародвижения
