Abstract

Работа посвящена изучению методик оценки эффективности налоговых льгот. Выявлены основные критерии, по которым необходимо осуществлять анализ результативности действующих налоговых льгот. Выполнен анализ выпадающих доходов от предоставления налоговых льгот по региональным и местным налогам, формирующим бюджет г. Москвы. Систематизирована информация по налоговым льготам. Выявлены льготируемые категории налогоплательщиков. Обозначены направления решения проблемы оценки эффективности предоставляемых (планируемых к предоставлению) налоговых льгот и ставок налогов, установленных законами г. Москвы
