Пути Совершенствования Деятельности Предприятий Хлебобулочного Производства По Результатам Маркетингового Исследования

Abstract

Проведено маркетинговое исследование мнения индивидуальных и оптовых потребителей о качестве и ассортименте хлебобулочной продукции крупного городского производителя, ее преимуществах и недостатках по сравнению с продукцией конкурентов. Установлено, что наибольшим спросом у индивидуальных и оптовых потребителей пользуются хлебные изделия, затем булочные изделия, бараночные и кондитерские изделия, высокие средние оценки получили качество продукции, ассортимент и ее доступность. Проанализированы особенности деятельности данного предприятия и предложены пути ее совершенствования
