Abstract

Основные тренды в развитии рынка недвижимости показывают высокие внешние и внутренние риски в деятельности риелторских компаний. Для их преодоления предлагаются следующие основные направления работы риск-менеджмента: изменение работы с продавцами недвижимости в отношении оплаты услуг, налаживание договорной работы с покупателями, рефрейминг работы крупных компаний или создание новых компаний с другими принципами работы.
