Abstract

В статье рассмотрены вопросы процедуры вовлечения в уголовно-процессуальное доказывание результатов оперативно-розыскной деятельности. Выявлены проблемы, возникающие при практическом применении результатов оперативно-розыскной деятельности, и возможные пути их решения с точки зрения практикующих юристов.
