Abstract

В современных экономических условиях домашние хозяйства обладают не только высоким уровнем самостоятельности в принятии финансовых решений, но и достаточным объемом финансовых ресурсов, которые практически не задействованы в развитии инвестиционного потенциала страны. В связи с этим необходима выработка направлений государственной политики стимулирования сберегательного поведения домашних хозяйств и последующей трансформации сбережений в инвестиции.
