Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу роли и значения общественных объединений в процессе осуществления ими политико-правового участия, выражения частных и групповых интересов, защиты прав и свобод граждан. Автором предпринята попытка рассмотрения эволюции общественных организаций в процессе смены политико-правовых ориентиров развития нашего государства. Уделено внимание проблеме общественного контроля в контексте взаимосвязи гражданского общества и государства. Рассмотрены вопросы, связанные с участием в социальных процессах неполитических организаций.
