Abstract

В статье представлены результаты изучения удовлетворённости работой сотрудников различных сфер городского хозяйства. Рассматриваются факторы, оказывающие негативное воздействие на изучаемый феномен в компаниях градообразующей, градообслуживающей и управленческой сфер муниципального образования. Предлагается ряд мероприятий по повышению степени удовлетворённости работой.
