Правовая Экспертиза Как Фактор Повышения Качества Законодательства О Рекламе И Рекламной Деятельности В России

Abstract

В статье отмечается необходимость повышения качества законов и механизмов их реализации, что требует проведения соответствующих экспертиз. Прогнозирование позитивных и негативных последствий принятия рекламного законодательства возможно посредством экспертной оценки потенциальных и действующих правовых норм. Она определяет социальную значимость действующих норм, их соответствие требованиям законодательной техники и допустимости реализации в целях предупреждения неблагоприятных социальных, экономических, экологических и иных последствий от недобросовестной и некачественной рекламы.
