Abstract

В статье представлена позиция, согласно которой на данном этапе формирования нового технологического уклада (ТУ) решающую роль должны сыграть транснациональные корпорации (ТНК) в сотрудничестве с малым бизнесом при координации их совместных действий со стороны государства.
