Мониторинг Демографической Ситуации На Муниципальном Уровне Как Элемент Управления Социально-Экономическим Развитием Территории (На Примере Г. Таганрога)

Abstract

В статье дана оценка динамики основных демографических показателей в г. Таганроге рождаемость, смертность, естественный прирост за 2002-2012 гг., представлена структура смертности населения, дана оценка коэффициенту демографической нагрузки. Установлено, что демографическая ситуация в Таганроге, как и в большинстве муниципальных образований, остается довольно напряженной, хотя и имеет тенденцию к улучшению. Авторами на основе анализа основных нормативных документов, регламентирующих деятельность органов власти и управления в области управления демографической ситуацией на муниципальном уровне, обоснована необходимость проведения постоянного мониторинга медико-демографических показателей с целью принятия эффективных управленческих решений в различных сферах городского управления.
