Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные проблемы развития российского рынка платежных карт, а также определены и подробно охарактеризованы возможные пути и способы их решения. В ней также раскрываются основные преимущества и недостатки использования в своей деятельности международных банковских карт их держателями и банками-эмитентами. Авторами работы выявлены отличительные особенности и тенденции в развитии рынка пластиковых карт в России на современном этапе.
