Abstract

На основе позиции отечественных ученых и экономистов в статье приводится классификация основных подходов к определению сущности внутреннего аудита. Проведен системный анализ экономической литературы, на базе которого выделена собственная точка зрения относительно определения сущности и понятия внутреннего аудита в системе корпоративного управления. В статье раскрываются основные функции внутреннего аудита с учетом риск-ориентированных подходов к управлению организацией и основными бизнес-процессами.
