Категоризация Типов Сельских Усадеб Как Составная Часть Стратегического И Инновационного Развития Предприятий Сельского Зеленого Туризма

Abstract

В статье проведен анализ современной классификации типа и класса жилья сельских усадеб, разработаны и предложены категоризация типов сельских усадеб, занимающихся сельским зеленым туризмом, с разделением видов деятельности и предложением услуг, а также новые типы сельских усадеб, являющихся стратегическим элементом развития сельского зеленого туризма в районах, в которых отсутствует или слабо развит данный вид бизнеса. На основе предложенных категорий проведен анализ эффективного развития типов предприятий сельского зеленого туризма в АР Крым.
