Abstract

В статье указывается, что современная информационная правовая политика имеет как прогрессивные, так и регрессивные черты. Развитие техники и технологий породило потребность в новой парадигме информационной стратегии и доктрине информационной безопасности. Современные вызовы и угрозы включают этноконфессиональные отношения регионального характера, к которым можно отнести информационный экстремизм в форме пропаганды религиозных ценностей, пренебрегающий нормами права.
