Abstract

Статья посвящена исследованию экономической политики государства с точки зрения её соответствия базовым составляющим инновационного развития. Цель статьи показать, что при заданном курсе экономической политики, выстроенном на идеологической базе экономикс, форсированное инновационное развитие не представляется возможным
