Abstract

В комплексном архитектурном портрете любого хозяйственного субъекта домен «организационная структура» играет ключевую роль. В настоящей статье рассматриваются параметры организационного дизайна, с помощью которых осуществляется синтез первоначальной организационной структуры хозяйствующего субъекта, а в дальнейшем проводится ее реинжиниринг, обеспечивающий адаптацию субъекта к условиям внешней среды и требованиям времени. Параметризация организационного проектирования дана в контексте общей инженеризации организационного управления.
