Abstract

В статье дана теоретико-правовая оценка состояния прав и свобод человека в сфере свободы совести и вероисповедания в современной России с точки зрения злоупотреблений правом в государственном регулировании межконфессиональных отношений. Обоснованы различные модели светского государства в контексте распространения клерикальной идеологии.
