Геоконсервационные Организации И Управленческое Обеспечение Их Эффективной Деятельности В Контексте Современной Парадигмы Использования Особо Охраняемых Природных Территорий

Abstract

В сфере геоконсервации действуют специализированные, неспециализированные, а также туристические организации. Современная парадигма использования особо охраняемых природных территорий позволяет обозначить для них девять приоритетов. Специфика геоконсервационных организаций и необходимость сохранения баланса приоритетов в их деятельности являются существенными вызовами для успешного управления ими. Новые достижения в теории организационного менеджмента позволяют сделать деятельность этих организаций в достаточной степени эффективной.
