Abstract

В данной статье раскрываются понятие, виды парламентского контроля, влияние данного контроля на формирование гражданского общества и правового государства. Осуществление контроля занимает важное место в деятельности любого парламента. Парламент, будучи органом, в котором представлены разнообразные социальные и территориальные интересы, работая открыто, находясь в постоянном контакте с гражданами, формируя некоторые государственные органы, принимая бюджет и т.д., должен иметь права в сфере контроля.
