Abstract

Рассматривается налогообложение прибыли в России, анализируются отдельные вопросы, актуальные после принятия гл. 25 НК РФ в 2001 г. и не решенные в должной мере действующим налоговым законодательством. Исследуются вопросы администрирования налога, учета налогообложения отдельных видов доходов и расходов. Особый акцент сделан на правилах налогообложения прибыли, недостаточно соответствующих принципам нейтральности, справедливости и простоты налоговой системы. Приводится обзор как теоретических работ по этим вопросам, так и международного опыта их решения. Как результат исследования приводятся предложения по совершенствованию налогового законодательства в России.
