Abstract

Рассмотрены особенности экономических отношений в сфере образования как подсистемы общественного сектора экономики. Исследована специфика реализации компетентностной модели высшего профессионального образования в контексте реализации принципов Болонского процесса. На основе анализа результатов реализации принципов Болонского процесса в российском образовании выявлена организационно-экономическая составляющая реформы системы образования, создающая предпосылки для формирования конкурентных отношений на рынке образовательных услуг.
