Abstract

На примере отечественной системы аттестации научно-педагогических кадров анализируются вопросы этичного и неэтичного поведения мультиразумных социокультурных систем ставится проблема противостояния сползанию системы в диапазон неэтичного поведения, очерчиваются контуры технического задания на проведение независимого системного исследования для выработки действенных мер по реформированию Высшей аттестационной комиссии РФ с целью ее перевода в режим этичного функционирования.
