Abstract

Вопросы расширенного воспроизводства рабочей силы в современной экономической науке приобретают новое звучание, что обусловлено качественными сдвигами в развитии производительных сил общества с точки зрения расширения влияния инновационной компоненты на все аспекты, определяющие социально-экономические процессы. Это актуализирует дискуссии о важности реализации «инвестиций в человека» и развития теории «воспроизводства человеческого капитала», которая изучает процесс качественного совершенствования человеческих ресурсов, образуя один из центральных разделов современного анализа предложения труда.
