Организационные Ритуалы Как Механизм Формирования Корпоративной Идентичности

Abstract

Статья представляет собой теоретический анализ проблемы влияния ритуалов на формирование корпоративной идентичности вузовского сообщества. Автором рассмотрено понятие ритуала, а также социологический, этологический и семиотический подходы к его изучению. Подробно проанализированы функции ритуалов в соответствии с классификациями, предложенными Э. Дюркгеймом и К.С. Сарингуляном. Предложено авторское определение корпоративной идентичности, а также рассмотрена ее структура. Проанализированы содержание и виды организационных ритуалов в контексте формирования отдельных компонентов корпоративной идентичности вузовского сообщества.
