Abstract

Рассмотрены основные принципы реструктуризации организационной структуры управления, обеспечивающие поступательное, эволюционное развитие экономической системы. Чтобы синтезировать правильную организационную структуру, необходимо в основу разделения обязанностей между менеджерами организации поставить стратегию ее развития, при этом важно жестко ограничивать должностной инструкцией обязанности каждого должностного лица.
