Abstract

Статья посвящена изучению механизмов совершенствования сельского рынка труда на основе приоритетного развития личных подсобных хозяйств (ЛПХ). Дана характеристика рынка труда в Ростовской области, представлен анализ структуры агропромышленного комплекса региона, выявлены проблемы функционирования и развития ЛПХ, сформулированы основные направления совершенствования процессов управления занятостью населения в сельской местности.
