Abstract

В статье доказывается объективная природа непродуктивных коммуникаций и конфликтов в комплементарной команде менеджеров, призванной обеспечить результативную и эффективную динамику управляемой системы в текущий момент и в обозримой перспективе. Рассматриваются необходимые и достаточные условия успешного разрешения возникающих конфликтов, которые образуют доверительные и уважительные отношения между членами команды, ее надлежащая энерговооруженность и развитая корпоративная культура. Знание причин и природы конфликтов, возникающих в неоднородной команде менеджеров, позволит лидеру выработать преверентные меры и/или перевести конфликт в конструктивное русло.
