Abstract

Исследование региональной экономической системы как части макросистемы национальной экономики позволяет рассматривать ее как сложную самостоятельную иерархическую структуру, состоящую из множества подсистем, тесно связанных и постоянно взаимодействующих друг с другом. Данная статья посвящена построению модели новой региональной инновационной экономики, в которой развитие осуществляется путем инновационного производства, а основным фактором становится информация. В данном случае предлагается представить информацию как фактор инновационного производства региональной системы, содержащую в себе функцию трех составляющих: количества информации, потоки информации, генерации информации.
