Институциональные Основы Функционирования Различных Типов Особых Экономических Зон

Abstract

В статье рассмотрены различные типы особых экономических зон (ОЭЗ), функционирующих в отечественной практике. Проведен анализ нормативно-правовых актов, регламентирующих порядок создания и применения данных типов ОЭЗ, изучены особенности их организационно-хозяйственного статуса, выявлены их общие составляющие и отличительные черты. Рассмотрены особенности осуществления предпринимательской деятельности на территории различных типов ОЭЗ, а также проанализированы предоставляемые налоговые льготы и преференции. Изучен порядок административно-правового регулирования в российском инновационном центре «Сколково». Сделаны выводы и внесены предложения по совершенствованию национальной организационно-правовой базы по функционированию ОЭЗ.
