Abstract

В статье показана роль внутреннего аудита в системе управления строительной организацией. Разработаны структура административного подчинения, модель управления строительной подрядной организацией, классификация особенностей внутреннего аудита в строительстве. Проведен SWOT-анализ для определения стратегии строительной организации и дана оценка выполнения ключевых функций управления строительной организацией.
