Финансовый Кризис И Теория Длинных Волн В Экономике

Abstract

Рассмотрены основные характеристики финансового пузыря как одного из способов концентрации доступных инвестиций в новые технологии. При постепенном раскрытии потенциала новых технологий повышается фундаментальная стоимость соответствующих активов. При выходе новых фирм на фондовый рынок растут цены этих активов и динамика курса акций, на фоне которой институциональные факторы способны привести к возникновению финансового пузыря. Возникновение финансовых пузырей в период подъема длинной волны требует взвешенного подхода при использовании курсов акций высокотехнологичных компаний.
