Abstract

В статье рассмотрены тенденции развития малого предпринимательства, описаны причины, способствующие его развитию или замедляющие его развитие, основной из которых выступают административные барьеры. Проанализированы основные риски и факторы, обуславливающие риск влияния административных барьеров на малый бизнес и произведена его оценка с применением экспертной процедуры, охарактеризованы основные меры, способствующие снижению данного вида риска на примере г. Таганрога.
