Abstract

Многие специалисты высказывают самые различные точки зрения о смысле терминов «компетентность» и «компетенция». Несмотря на разнообразие мнений, можно сказать, что, как правило, все сводится к характеристике знаний, умений и навыков конкретного работника, занимающего определенную позицию в компании. Мы считаем, что предпри- нимательских компетенций часто бывает недостаточно, чтобы построить эффективную систему корпоративного управления в компании. Причем в настоящее время развитие у работников компетенций корпоративного управления все еще не находит достаточного внимания в учебных заведениях, тренинговых и консалтинговых компаниях, обслужи- вающих бизнес.
