Международный Опыт Кластерной Политики В Промышлено Развитых Странах

Abstract

Популярность в мире кластерного подхода к организации экономического пространства объясняется его направленностью на решение задач повышения конкурентоспособности территорий на основе генерирования инноваций. В данной статье проводится сопоставле- ние опыта кластерной политики США и Европы, на территории которых сконцентрировано наибольшее количество кластеров. Изучение международного опыта полезно для России, делающей в данном направлении первые шаги, но, как показывает практика последователей Силиконовой долины в разных странах, успех тиражировать невозможно. Большой вклад в исследование кластеров и создание методики их выявления вносит возглавляемый М. Пор- тером Институт стратегии и конкурентоспособности при Гарвардской бизнес-школе.
