Abstract

В условиях формирования стратегических экономических альянсов, способных инициировать позитивные эффекты для общества и потребителей, системных изменений в поведении агентов рынка, новых стратегических целей и инициатив бизнес-сообщества в последнее десятилетие сформировались новые институциональные принципы современной теории и практики антимонопольного регулирования, адаптированные к трансформирующимся процессам в экономике и отрицающие ранее существовавшие, методологические конструкции и нормативные положения.
