Abstract

Проблема соглашений и согласованных действий является одной из самых сложных в конкурентном праве и антимонопольной политике не только в России, но и во всем мире. Как оценить достигнутые Федеральной антимонопольной службой России результатов и добиться больших успехов в борьбе с картелями (соглашениями) и молчаливым сговором (согласованными действиями) - этим вопросам был посвящен организованный Институтом современного развития «круглый стол» «Соглашения и согласованные действия»2. Результаты обсуждения проблем сговора и антимонопольной политики, нацеленной на предотвращение сговора, в современной России могут быть полезны широкому кругу экономистов.
