Дарение Неукомплектованого Оборудования Как Нарушение Законодател Ьства О Защите Конкуренции

Abstract

Данная статья является попыткой квалификации дарения неукомплектованного обору- дования как нарушения законодательства о защите конкуренции. Автор рассматривает дарение неукомплектованного медицинского оборудования и дальнейшие продажи ком- плектующих материалов как недобросовестную конкуренцию и как действия, ограничи- вающие конкуренцию. Основой для такой задачи явилось обсуждение, произошедшее на заседании Экспертного совета по применению антимонопольного законодательства в части защиты от недобро- совестной конкуренции при ФАС России, которое кратко описывается автором.
