Организационные Изменения Как Фактор Конкурентного Потенциала Компании На Стадиях Ее Жизненного Цикла

Abstract

Конкурентоспособность организации определяется ее конкурентным потенциалом, в состав факторов (частных показателей) которого помимо производственной мощности, качества продукции, ассортимента и т. п. следует включать систему менеджмента. В настоящей статье анализ конкурентоспособности организации рассматривается в аспекте управления таким фактором конкурентного потенциала, как организационная структура и ее соответствие целям и задачам компании на стадиях жизненного цикла. Делается вывод о существенной структурной стохастичности и информационной неопределенности современных организационных изменений.
