Abstract

Несмотря на то что информационная прозрачность - лишь один из многих аспектов корпоративного управления, она является важным элементом формирования доверия инвесторов, определяющим их интерес к той или иной компании. Это важный фактор повышения ее конкурентоспособности. Инвесторам необходима уверенность в том, что информация, поступившая из компаний, является полной, точной и заслуживающей доверия. Цель статьи - исследование влияния информационной прозрачности российских компаний на стоимость их обыкновенных акций, что в конечном итоге обусловливает повышение конкурентоспособности компании на рынках капитала. Статья может представлять интерес для институциональных инвесторов, топ-менеджеров компаний, инвестиционных аналитиков.
