Abstract

Сегодня штатные сотрудники спортивных организаций и волонтеры занимаются вопросами перевозки людей и транспортировки багажа, аренды, расселения, обслуживания, подготовкой спортивных сооружений, контактами с прессой, спонсорами и властями, продажей билетов, рекламой и множеством других дел, перечислить которые практически невозможно. Потребность в квалифицированных спортивных менеджерах велика как никогда. При этом готовить спортивных менеджеров в России стали сравнительно недавно. Об их профессиональных компетенциях, о российской и зарубежной практике подготовки спортивных менеджеров, о прямом влиянии на конкурентоспособность российского спорта качества подготовки спортивных менеджеров - в статье генерального директора компании «СпортМенеджмент» Колесниковой Ирины Артуровны.
