Антимонопольное Регулирование Розничной Торговли Продовольственными Товарами

Abstract

В данной статье рассматриваются изменения возможностей антимонопольного регули- рования деятельности торговых сетей в Российской Федерации в условиях вхождения в силу Федерального закона от 28 декабря 2009 г. № 381‑ФЗ «Об основах государствен- ного регулирования торговой деятельности в Российской Федерации» (принят ГД ФС РФ 18 декабря 2009 г.). На этапе разработки и обсуждения данный закон вызвал широкий общественный резонанс и породил массу дискуссий между представителями ритейла и органами государственной власти и управления. Сейчас, когда ключевые положения закона вступили в силу (в частности, о размере максимально допустимой торговой нацен- ки), представляется интересным рассмотреть произошедшие и ожидаемые изменения, обусловленные данным законодательным актом.
