Abstract

В статье аргументируется позиция, согласно которой конкурентные отношения на рынках высшего образования нельзя назвать цивилизованными, упорядоченными и защищенны- ми от монополизации и доминирования. Национальное образовательное законодатель- ство и комплекс подзаконных нормативных актов в образовательной сфере, призванных регулировать и стимулировать образовательные отношения, используются как средство недобросовестной конкуренции, способствуют монополизации рынков профессиональ- ного образования, так как законодатель и органы управления образованием не осознают необходимость антимонопольного мониторинга и регулирования данной отрасли.
