Abstract

Если обратиться к антимонопольной практике развитых стран, то меры антимонопольного регулирования в них довольно жесткие, а антимонопольное законодательство является апробированным результатом весьма длительной правоприменительной практики. Федеральная антимонопольная служба, как важный институт рыночной экономики, появилась в России пятнадцать лет назад. За этот период создано российское антимонопольное законодательство, направленное на поддержание конкурентной среды, противодействие монополизму и недобросовестной конкуренции. Вместе с тем процесс его совершенствования продолжается. По просьбе редакции журнала о новациях в антимонопольном регулировании на российском финансовом рынке рассказала начальник Управления контроля и надзора на рынке финансовых услуг Федеральной антимонопольной службы Юлия Эдуардовна Бондарева.
