Кадровая Стратегия Предприятия В Условиях Системного Кризиса

Abstract

В статье аргументируется необходимость актуализации кадровой стратегии предприятия как одно из условий сохранения его конкурентоспособности в условиях системного кризиса. Аргументируется недопустимость одновекторной направленности антикризисной стратегии на сокращение издержек предприятия по кадровому направлению деятельности. Формулируются общие требования к новой кадровой стратегии и основные направления ее актуализации.
